No allocation entries exist for table &

What causes this issue?

The ATAB tables T811I, T811J, T811H, T811M and T811T do not contain any
entries for table &V1&. You cannot therefore delete any entries.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
