What causes this issue?

You have tried to enter an authorization group which does not exist.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Authorization groups are maintained in Table TBRG. The authorization
object for the planning parameters is called G_820_GPL.
