Order management is inactive in the controlling area &V1& you have
entered in fiscal year &V2&.

System Response

You can activate order management using the controlling area control
parameters. You can maintain these control parameters using a
customizing function.

in controlling area &V1& and fiscal year &V2&, or
Correct your typing error.
