What causes this issue?

You have entered controlling area &V2& and group &V1&. However, this
group was created in hierarchy maintenance in controlling area &V3&,
and cannot be used together with controlling area &V2&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
