Plan the fixed and variable costs with the same sign

What causes this issue?

You have transferred total costs to object &V1& and cost element &V2&
the amounts of which are smaller than the fixed or variable costs. This
is not permitted.

If you are importing foreign data into your system, check your entries.
If you are copying a plan version or using another SAP program, contact
SAP.
