Grouping WBS element & contains no distribution profile

What causes this issue?

No distribution profile has been entered in the project definition.
This is, however, prerequisite for the pegged requirements display.

System Response

The pegged requirements display cannot be executed.

How to fix this error?

Enter a distribution profile and start the pegged requirements display
again.
