What causes this issue?

Scrap should be assigned to a separate WBS element due to
plant-specific settings for the pegged requirements display. However,
no WBS element has been defined for plant &V1&.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

Scrap cannot be assigned. This leads to incomplete cost distribution.

How to fix this error?

Create a WBS element for the <DS:TRAN.PEG04>assignment of scrap</>.
