Activate FM area consistency check

What causes this issue?

As soon as HR Funds and Position Management and Funds Management are
actively integrated, a check must be run to ensure that an
organizational unit, and its subordinate organizational units,
positions, and persons all belong to the <zh>same</> FM area. At
present, these checks have not been activated.

System Response

No checks are performed.

How to fix this error?

In <DS:CHAP.OHP7_0720>Customizing</>, activate the check (if you plan
to integrate HR Funds and Position Management with Funds Management).
