Contribution for contribution scale &2 is not available

What causes this issue?

The contribution is determined using the contribution scale. Either no
contribution is entered in the period from &V3& to &V4& or the
contribution scale does not exist for institution &V1&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Choose a different contribution scale or enter the contribution in view
cluster V_T5D1H.
