Delete the entry in the "DEUEV Lock" field

What causes this issue?

Starting January 1, 2003, the "DEUEV Lock" field is no longer evaluated
when creating DEUEV notifications.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Delete the entry in this field.
If you do not want to create any DEUEV notifications for a personnel
number, use a suitable selection criterion on the selection screen for
report RPCD3VD0 (create DEUEV notifications) to exclude that personnel
number from selection.
