Quota record for direct compensation not found

What causes this issue?

The system could not find the time quota record you specified for
direct compensation. There is an internal error in quota compensation.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

This error should not occur in normal operation. Check that the time
quota record to be compensated is complete. If you cannot detect any
errors, start the report <ZH>RPTKOK00</>. The system then analyzes the
consistency of the time quotas.
