What causes this issue?

The material contained in the item you chose is maintained in the
material master with the <DS:DE.MAGRV>material-group packaging-material
</> &V1&. The handling unit you chose has a <DS:DE.VHILM>packaging
material</> of the <DS:DE.VHART>packaging material type</> &V2&.
There is no entry for the material-group packaging-material for this
packaging material type in Customizing (in the allowed packaging
materials section).

System Response

It is not possible to pack this item in the handling unit.

How to fix this error?

Choose a different HU for packing. The system suggests permitted
packaging-materials if you use the <LS>Allowed packaging materials</>
function.
