What causes this issue?

The system searched for the business partner assigned to the system user
&V1&. No business partner was found.

System Response

No business partner was selected.

How to fix this error?

Assign user &V1& to an existing business partner or create a new
business partner using transaction <LB>BP</> in the back-end system. You
can assign a system user to a business partner when the 'Employee' role
is selected in the <LS>Display in BP role</> field. You make the
assignment in the <LS>Employee Data</> area of the <LS>Identification</>
tab.

Procedure for System Administrators

Create a business partner for each system user expected to work with the
<LS>Quality Issue Management</> application.
