What causes this issue?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

The report is not started.

How to fix this error?

Check your selection criteria. The report does allow you to perform
searches based on different criteria, but just the one criterion is
sensible for each program run.
Example: A selection by material number and equipment is possible, but
each time the report is run, selection can only be performed by either
material number or equipment.
