ABAP push channel for notification is inactive

What causes this issue?

APC for Notification Channel is not active. Ping will not be sent to
Fiori launchpad.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Activate all the services in the path,
/sap/bc/apc/iwngw/notification_push_apc.
