Generation planned first. Release still required

What causes this issue?

Generation is started only after you have released the job to be
generated. You have only planned when the generation is to take place.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Use transaction <DS:TRAN.SM37>Batch Processing</> to release the job to
be generated.
