What causes this issue?

Based on the reference data details, no data records were found that
could have been used as a basis for the planning run.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check the reference data details and correct them as necessary. You may
have to first get the reference data from the transaction data into the
desired aspect by means of data transfer
