What causes this issue?

No data is available for distribution. The planning run was ended
without any action. No data was found by the selection in the planning
area. Therefore no data could be distributed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check your characteristic selections.
