Totals records can only be sent in decentralized systems

What causes this issue?

You want to send cost center total records of controlling area &V1& to
the centralized system. As the totals records already exist on the
centralized system of the controlling area (logical system &V2&), you
cannot send the totals records.

You can only send cost center totals records in decentralized systems.
For this reason processing is ended.
