Activate operating concern & and generate the environment beforehand

What causes this issue?

You have not maintained operating concern &V1& completely.

System Response

You cannot use operating concern &V1&.

How to fix this error?

If you want to use Profitability Analysis, activate the data structures
and generate the environment for operating concern &V1&. From the
screen "Maintain Operating Concern", select "Data structures" and then
choose "Create" or "Change". Then maintain the characteristics and
value fields for the operating concern. Next, select the menu option
"Structure -> Activate" to activate the data structures.
