Operating concern &1 is not activated in client &2

What causes this issue?

To use operating concern "&V1&", you need to generate it fully.
However, the client-dependent part of the generation has not yet been
carried out in client "&V2&".

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Generally, the system executes the client-dependent part of generation
automatically. In a very small number of cases, however, this is not
possible. To start generating, execute the transaction <LS>Environment
-> Set operating concern</> in the CO-PA application menu. This
transaction then generates the client-dependent objects for operating
concern "&V1&".
You can then repeat the original action.
If this message reappears, errors have occurred during the generation.
You can display the generation in Customizing under <LS>Structures ->
Define Operating Concern -> Maintain Operating Concern</>. To do this,
proceed as follows:
Enter the operating concern
Choose <LS>ENTER</>
Choose <LS>Extras -> Action log</>
