Cost center &/& incompletely maintained for &

What causes this issue?

Cost center &V2& in controlling area &V1& has only been maintained
using rough entry for &V3& and has not been maintained fully. CCA is
active (or active for validations) in controlling area &V1&.

System Response

Only cost centers that have been fully maintained can be used.

How to fix this error?

Complete maintenance of cost center &V2& with the function "Change cost
center". You can maintain several cost centers at once using list
processing.
