Processing error in CO interface: Contact SAP

What causes this issue?

An internal error occurred when setting up the CO document. The SAP
System searched for temporary document number &V2& but did not find it.

System Response

The document cannot be posted.

How to fix this error?

Contact SAP and notify the hotline of the cause of the problem,
including work area "KI" and error number "345".
