What causes this issue?

The account assignment was changed.

System Response

The recovery indicator is re-derived, even if it was previously set
manually.

How to fix this error?

If the recovery indicator was set manually before the account
assignment was changed, you can check the results of the derivation ,
manually overwriting it, if necessary.
