What causes this issue?

An order must go through the phases in ascending sequence. Therefore,
the planned dates must also be in ascending sequence.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Make sure your planned dates are in ascending sequence.
