What causes this issue?

This cost center has already been entered completely in the system.

System Response

Processing is terminated.

How to fix this error?

You can maintain the cost center using the normal <DS:TRAN.KS02>master
data transactions</>. You can also delete the cost center if no
dependent records exist.
