What causes this issue?

No cost elements were selected in period &v1& to &v2&.
This can have the following causes:
No cost elements were found for the selection criteria you specified.
Cost elements were selected but you are not authorized to use the
selected processing type.
Cost elements were selected but these are currently locked by other
users.

System Response

The data is not further processed.

How to fix this error?

Check the entered selection criteria, have your authorizations checked,
or wait until the other users have completed their processing.
