Basic data not fully maintained in CO area &

What causes this issue?

The basic data in controlling area &V1& has not been fully maintained.
No assignment is made because the R/3 System cannot fully check
consistency between the controlling area and the assigned company code
(see <GL:assignment_control>assignment control</>).

How to fix this error?

Maintain the missing basic data in controlling area &V1&.
