What causes this issue?

You are attempting to create a characteristic whose name begins with
<ZH>SAP_KKR_</>. This name is reserved for object characteristics in
Controlling.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Use a different name.

corresponding transaction in Customizing and check the hierarchy.
