What causes this issue?

Report &1 is created automatically for job scheduling purposes. An
error occurred while this report was being created.

System Response

Job scheduling is terminated.

How to fix this error?

Check the generated program code with transaction SE38:
<DS:TRAN.SE38>Proceed</>
The first line must begin with "* Created by:".
If it does not, delete the report program manually.
The start job scheduling again.
