Quant & cannot have a posting change

What causes this issue?

Under certain circumstances, it is not possible to make a
<DS:GLOS.posting_change>posting change</> for
<DS:GLOS.quant>quants</>. Possible causes are block indicators,
incorrect quant numbers, incorrect GR numbers, or the like.

How to fix this error?

Check your transfer parameters.
