Open TRs exist. Posting change must take place at bin

What causes this issue?

If a quant refers to a transfer requirement, you can only make a
<DS:GLOS.posting_change>posting change</> at the storage bin. The
transfer requirement is then updated accordingly.

How to fix this error?

If you want to transfer these quants, you must make a posting change at
the storage bin. Check your transfer parameters.
