Unable to start HTML browser (long text)

What causes this issue?

The system displays the user interface of the Landscape Directory in
the window of an external HTML browser. Due to a technical error, the
browser could not be started.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Ensure that a functional HTML browser is installed on your presentation
server (Frontend).
Repeat the action that lead to this error message. If the error still
occurs, contact SAP Support.
