Mapping of LDAP server &1 is unsuitable for "Delayed Authentication"

What causes this issue?

The field mapping for the LDAP server to be used for delayed
authentication cannot be used.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

The functionality of delayed authentication requires a mapping with the
following properties:
Exactly one row in the table "Mappings" exists.
The mapping uses one source field in the "SAP System" section from the
options offered in the value help.
The mapping uses one non-initial attribute name in the "Directory"
section.
