What causes this issue?

The user used to log on to the directory does not have the
authorizations required to perform the requested operation.
This message does not indicate an authorization problem in the SAP
system.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Use the administration tools of your directory product to change
the authorizations, or use a different directory user.
