LDAP server is not active

What causes this issue?

This message is triggered if it is not possible to create a connection
from the host on which the LDAP Connector is running to the directory.
Either the directory server is not active, or the network connection
is not open, for example, due to a firewall on the port used.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
