Storage bin not clear for material &1, prod.supply area &2, plant &3

What causes this issue?

The <GL:storage_bin>storage bin</> in the control cycle cannot be
determined due to missing data (warehouse number, storage type, bin).
Therefore it is not possible to view the quantity for the production
storage bin nor is it possible to retrieve it as a
<DS:DE.LVS_D0002>destination storage bin</> in the
<GL:transfer_requirement>transfer requirement</>.

How to fix this error?

Maintain the control cycle for material &V1&, production supply area
&V2& and plant &V3& with storage bin coordinates.
