What causes this issue?

The material master record does not contain the data that you need to
carry out this transaction.
This may be because the view(s) and organizational level(s) do not
exist for the material.

How to fix this error?

Check the masterial master record's maintenance status, and add the
necessary views and organizational levels.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
