EAN/packaging data already maintained for base unit of measure

What causes this issue?

When creating the material master record, you entered EAN/packaging
data for the base unit of measure. You then changed the base unit of
measure.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Check whether the data for the previous base unit of measure still
applies to the current base unit. If not, correct the data.
