What causes this issue?

A follow-up material has, in turn, been assigned to the follow-up
material. It is possible that this has been assigned a further
follow-up material, and so on.
However, one of the follow-up materials in this chain is identical to
the discontinued material.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Enter another follow-up material or cancel it.
