No application for the BOM selection can be determined

What causes this issue?

You have entered an alternative BOM or a BOM usage. The system
thereupon tried to find the application for the BOM selection. This is
necessary for finding the alternative BOMs possible.

System Response

The system could not find any application for the BOM selection.

How to fix this error?

You can specify this application in Customizing for <LS>Product Cost
Controlling</> in <LS>Define Quantity Structure Determination</>. You
should maintain an entry with quantity structure determination ID
<LB>++++</>.
