Info structures exist for appliation; deletion not allowed

What causes this issue?

The system contains info structures for the application that you want
to delete. For example, info structure &V1& was found.

System Response

It is not possible to delete the application because this would give
rise to inconsistencies.

How to fix this error?

Delete all info structures for this application.
