What causes this issue?

You have not entered any search criteria for the purchase orders.

System Response

The system can only search for purchase orders if you have entered a
vendor (for stock transport orders the issuing plant) and/or a
material.

How to fix this error?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
