Enter a storage location

What causes this issue?

You have not chosen a storage location or a batch for material &V1& in
plant &V2& in the <GL:storage_location_selection_list>storage
location</>/<GL:batch_selection_list>batch selection list</>.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If the field "Storage location" or "Batch" still contains *, press
ENTER to again call up the storage location/batch selection list from
which you can choose storage locations or batches.
You can also enter a storage location or a batch directly on the detail
screen.
