What causes this issue?

You have chosen the function "Classify batch". However, there are two
batches on this screen:
"issuing" batch
receiving batch

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Please position the cursor on the batch that you wish to classify.
