Only enter goods receipts for issuing plant &

What causes this issue?

The issuing plant of the first item is &V1&.
All other items for which you want to enter a goods receipt must
also have plant &V1&.

How to fix this error?

If this message is an error message, you must enter goods receipts
for stock transport orders that affect various plants
