What causes this issue?

For sales order &V1&, item &V2&, no
<DS:GLOS.sales_order_stock>sales order stock</> of the material
exists in plant &V3&, storage location &V4&.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
