List is incomplete due to missing material maintenance &

What causes this issue?

The system found that the <DS:GLOS.material_master_record>material
master record</> has not been maintained sufficiently for the material
specified. The <DS:DE.MAKTX>material description</> may be missing, for
example.

System Response

The report does not include the material when it calculates the balance
total.

How to fix this error?

If you have the authorization to do so, <DS:TRAN.MM02>maintain</> the
material master record.
Then start the report again.

Procedure for System Administrators

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
