What causes this issue?

This message can occur in the following situations:
At goods receipt:
The quantity planned for the
<DS:GLOS.352A924DC1035CD5E10000009B38F974>inbound delivery</> falls
short by &V2& &V3&.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Upon a reversal or return delivery:
This posting will return &V2& &V3& more than the quantity posted at
goods receipt with reference to the inbound delivery.
