What causes this issue?

The material document that has been created is inconsistent. The data
for reconstructing the document is incorrect.

Procedure for System Administrators

Check if there is already a solution to this error in the SAP note
system (keyword: M7358).
You can still post the document if the user parameter M7358_DISABLE is
set to 'X'. However, this should not be regarded as a long-term
solution.
